About (Mission Statement)

"Dyslexic Hero Productions is a film company dedicated to entertaining people. The name Dyslexic Hero was chosen for a reason. I, Mat Bianchi, C.E.O. of Dyslexic Hero, am dyslexic myself. As a boy I dreamed of one day being a super hero, and today I would still like to be some kind of hero. Aside from entertaining people, I hope to inspire others who are dyslexic. Dyslexia can be problematic in school for kids, making it a difficult time. This however does not mean that dyslexic people lack intelligence. Dyslexic people tend to be more creative. I would like to show other dyslexics that you don’t have to have the best grades in order to succeed in life. I never went to a school that had any support for my learning disability. My grades were ok in middle school and they became better in high school as I applied myself better. There were never any classes in school I loved except ones that were creative. I never liked science or English, but I did the work that was expected of me. I looked forward to my art classes every day. Then one day I realized I didn’t have to do something boring in life like the classes I disliked. I realized I could be creative for a living. My high school didn’t have any video classes, so film was something I picked up on my own, and I pretty much taught myself everything I know."
